Manila, July 14 -- A power maintenance is scheduled at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 from 10 p.m. on Tuesday to 2 a.m. on Wednesday.

"This is part of ongoing efforts to keep NAIA safe, reliable, and operating at its best," according to the operator New NAIA Infra, Corp.(NNIC) in an advisory.

Meralco Energy, Inc.'s maintenance requires a temporary power interruption, it added.

Although backup generators would support critical systems, brief disruptions are expected in elevators, escalators, baggage handling system, air conditioning, lighting, and electrical outlets.
