Manila, July 11 -- Around 2,000 additional households and establishments in the Municipality of Sibalom could benefit from the new PHP5.4 million pumping station being constructed by the Sibalom Local Water District.

Water district general manager Engineer Jonathan De Gracia, in an interview Friday, said that they are about to complete the construction of their 6th pumping station in District 4, Sibalom.

"We are hopeful that by next month our new pumping station will already be operational. We are just now finishing the installation of the pipelines," De Gracia said.

He said that the Sibalom Local Water District, as of the current, is serving around 4,205 households and establishments in 17 barangays of the municipality.
