Manila, Sept. 23 -- The Office of Civil Defense (OCD) on Tuesday said it is conducting "rapid damage assessment and needs analysis" (RDANA) to determine the extent of destruction caused by Super Typhoon Nando, which barreled through Northern Luzon on Monday.
"As we speak, ongoing po iyong pag-RDANA at saka pagsumite po ng mga reports, dahil po ngayon mas okay po iyong panahon kumpara noong kagabi at kahapon (The conduct of RDNA and the submission of reports are now ongoing because the weather has already improved)," OCD spokesperson Junie Castillo said on PTV-4's "Bagong Pilipinas Ngayon."
