MANILA, Dec. 5 -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Friday said it is strengthening its partnership with South Korea to accelerate the modernization of the police force and enhance public safety across the country.
This was after acting PNP chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. welcomed Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) vice president Lee Yun-Young during his courtesy visit at Camp Crame, Quezon City on Dec. 3.
KOICA is the South Korean government's central agency for providing grant aid and technical cooperation to developing countries.
