Manila, Sept. 25 -- Philippine National Police (PNP) acting chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. has forged a multi-sectoral partnership with the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) to strengthen institutional collaboration in safeguarding transparency and accountability in government infrastructure projects nationwide.

Nartatez represented the PNP during the gathering of officials from the ICI, the independent commission created by the President to investigate alleged anomalies in flood control projects, and the IBP at the Department of Energy (DOE) Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City on Sept. 23.
