Manila, Aug. 12 -- Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III demonstrated the police force's 5-minute emergency response to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. during the 124th Police Service Anniversary Celebration at the PNP headquarters at Camp Crame in Quezon City on Tuesday.
During his visit at the PNP Command Center (PCC), Marcos was briefed on the Police Response Time system where Torre showed how police units respond to 911 emergency calls nationwide, through its 40-member PNP 911 Emergency Response Team.
Torre instructed the Trece Martires City Police Station in Cavite to deploy a unit to the city hall, which served as the alarm location during the demonstration.
