Manila, Sept. 11 -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Thursday has laid security plans for possible demonstrations of groups in the country in the coming days.
National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) spokesperson Maj. Hazel Asilo said it has already deployed a civil disturbance management team around the EDSA Shrine in Quezon City.
Asilo said they have mobilized 60 personnel on the ground as crowd control.
She added that maximum tolerance will be observed on the designated areas for protests even as she reminded protesters to make sure they do not cause inconvenience.
