Manila, Feb. 8 -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) is committed to bringing Atong Ang to justice, as it lauded the Cambodian government for verifying the movements of the fugitive businessman.

"While his vast resources continue to pose a challenge in pursuing him, the PNP is focused and committed to bring him to justice," PNP chief Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. said in a statement on Sunday.

Nartatez said police is continuously working with other government agencies in verifying information received daily as to Ang's possible hiding place.
