COTABATO CITY, Aug. 1 -- The advisory council of the Police Regional Office 12 (PRO-12) has been adjudged as the best in the country and will be feted by the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Aug. 2 in Manila.
"A very good news for all of us," Cotabato City Mayor Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi, who heads Regional Advisory Council 12 (RAC 12), said in a statement Wednesday.
RAC 12 bested all other groups that provide advisory duties to the PNP at the regional level. Coming in second was RAC in Region 13 and RAC in the Cordillera in third place.
