Manila, Dec. 10 -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) has signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) to reduce red tape, streamline government processes and ensure a more efficient, transparent and accountable public service.

The MOA, signed between acting PNP chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. and ARTA Director General Ernesto Perez, was crafted in support of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s vision for a Bagong Pilipinas.
