Manila, Sept. 17 -- The number of registered members of the Philippine Health Insurance, Inc. (PhilHealth) 10 (Northern Mindanao) has exceeded 2.7 million, achieving a 91 percent target for the year, an official said Wednesday.
In a press briefing, PhilHealth-10 Vice President Delio Aseron II said the registered members have more than two million dependents in existing health programs as of June 2025.
"Even foreigners living here, if they are paying members, can avail of the programs that will also benefit their dependents," he said.
Of the total beneficiaries, 2.5 million are enrolled in the Yaman ng Kalusugan Program (Yakap), an improvement over the "Konsulta" package.
