Manila, June 25 -- The Philippines is set to host the 2026 Asian Track Cycling Championships, marking a major breakthrough for local sports with the inauguration of the country's first International Cycling Union (UCI)-standard indoor Velodrome in Tagaytay City.
Unveiled during Olympic Day on June 23, the Velodrome is now officially positioned as a premier venue for international cycling events, with the Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC) confirming it will stage the 2026 championships from March 25 to 31.
