Manila, Feb. 17 -- The Philippine Navy (PN) on Monday said its offshore patrol vessel, BRP Ramon Alcaraz (PS-16), took part in the International Fleet Review (IFR), which was among the events of Indonesia's 5th Multilateral Naval Exercise "Komodo" (MNEK).

The opening ceremonies of the naval exercise took place at the Port of Benoa in Bali on Sunday. Thirty-one navies are participating in the event.
