Manila, Jan. 30 -- The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) has reaffirmed the Philippine government's commitment to enhancing quality employment opportunities and upskilling Filipino workers to meet global labor demands.
In a press release on Thursday, DMW Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac highlighted key government initiatives under President Ferdinand R.
Marcos Jr.'s leadership aimed at improving labor market conditions, when he spoke at Global Labor Market Conference 2025 Ministerial Roundtable in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
"The Philippines has made remarkable strides in youth-driven initiatives and innovative, data-driven policies for quality employment opportunities," Cacdac said during the roundtable discussion on Wednesday.
