ILOILO CITY, Dec. 8 -- A community-based program initiated by the 3rd Infantry Division (3ID) through its 301st Infantry Brigade benefited residents of three far-flung villages in Tapaz, Capiz.

The Peace, Healing and Reconciliation (PHR) program, in collaboration with the 12th Infantry Battalion, the 3rd Civil-Military Operations Battalion, and the local government unit (LGU) of Tapaz, brought government services to Barangays Nayawan, Lahug, and Tacayan on Dec. 2 to 4, according to a 3ID statement on Monday.
