The Philippines and the People's Republic of China have continued to develop stronger ties through cultural exchanges.
The China International Publishing Group (CIPG) recently met with representatives from the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO). The CIPG is the largest foreign-language publishing organization in China, providing up-to-date information about China to readers worldwide through books, magazines, and the internet.
Both countries are looking forward to the implementation of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) before 2019 ends.
