Manila, July 16 -- The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that aims to strengthen the country's fight against illegal drugs, marks a significant step toward expanding volunteerism as a vital force in national development, in line with the national government's whole-of-nation approach.
