Manila, Feb. 2 -- The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has earned Level 3 Accreditation under the Responsible Gaming Framework, solidifying its status as a world-class gaming institution.

The certification was awarded last month by the World Lottery Association (WLA), the global authority on lottery governance representing more than 150 state-authorized lotteries in over 80 countries.

"Moving from Level 2 to Level 3 signifies that PCSO has transitioned from mere goals and visions, to actual planning and implementation of global best practices," the PCSO said in a statement Monday.
