Manila, July 9 -- Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Chairperson and retired Regional Trial Court judge Felix Reyes on Wednesday denied allegations that he fixed cases for businessman Atong Ang in connection with the ongoing probe on the missing "sabungeros" (cockfighting aficionados).
Reyes denied the statement of so-called whistle blower Julie "Dondon" Patidongan, alias Totoy, accusing him of fixing the cases filed against Ang to the extent of purportedly traveling abroad with prosecutors and judges.
