Manila, Dec. 9 -- The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Iloilo chapter marked its 120th anniversary by recognizing individuals who laid the groundwork for the robust economic landscape of Iloilo through its Captain of the Industry Award.
