Manila, Feb. 27 -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. said on Wednesday he hopes to forge a stronger relationship with Slovenia and Palestine to further promote peace and a rules-based international order.
The President made the statement as he received the credentials of Slovenian Ambassador-designate Smiljana Knez and Palestinian Ambassador-designate Mounir Y.K. Anastas in two separate ceremonies at the Malacanan Palace.
Knez said, "Slovenia is a strong advocate of international law and the rules-based international order."
The President said his administration shares Slovenian values, which are strong foundations for deepening the relationship between the two countries.
