Manila, March 8 -- Parts of the country will continue to experience rains caused by three weather systems on Saturday.
In its 4 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms will prevail over mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte due to the shear line.
Meanwhile, cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms are forecast over Caraga and Palawan due to the easterlies.
On the other hand, the northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Batanes and the Babuyan Islands.
