MANILA, Dec. 2 -- The reliability of power services in Palawan is seen to improve with the partnership among the National Electrification Administration (NEA), the provincial government, the Maharlika Investment Corp. (MIC), and the Palawan Electric Cooperative (PALECO).
The signing of the memorandum of agreement (MOA) among officials of NEA, MIC, the Palawan provincial government, and PALECO was held at the NEA head office in Quezon City on Tuesday.
