Manila, Feb. 18 -- Malacanang on Wednesday said it is open to studying proposals to regulate minors' use of social media following reports linking increased teenage pregnancies to online exposure.
Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said lawmakers' suggestions to limit social media access for children deserve careful review.
"Magandang suggestion po iyan pero kailangang aralin po (That's a good suggestion but it needs to be studied)," Castro said.
