Manila, April 11 -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. is in good health, Malacanang assured the public on Friday.

"Sa aking perspektibo dahil nakakasama tayo mismo ng ating Pangulo, maganda po ang kalusugan ng ating Pangulo (From my perspective, because we are personally with our President, our President is in good health)," Presidential Communications Office Undersecretary and Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said in a press briefing.

This, after netizens noticed Marcos' bleeding gums while delivering a speech in an event at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City on Wednesday.
