Manila, Feb. 2 -- Flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) is rerouting all its turboprop flights via Manila to Cebu, Clark, and Iloilo beginning March 29, it announced Monday.
The move is in line with the Manila Slot Coordination Committee's resolution to gradually phase out turboprop operations in the country's main gateway.
"Passengers with existing bookings for these flights will be rerouted to PAL's alternative hubs in Cebu, Clark, and Iloilo, ensuring continued connectivity to affected destinations while maintaining full compliance with updated regulatory requirements," PAL said in an advisory.
