Manila, Dec. 10 -- The Philippine Air Force (PAF) on Wednesday formally inaugurated its first two-in-one full-motion flight simulator (FMFS) and its training facility in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.

The FMFS, which will be used for the training of PAF's helicopter pilots, features two interchangeable cockpits for the S-70i Black Hawk and Bell 412EP helicopters.

"The FMFS provides PAF pilots with immersive, realistic, and safe flight training, enabling them to practice complex procedures and emergency scenarios while reducing the use of actual aircraft," PAF spokesperson Col. Ma. Christina Basco said in a statement.
