Manila, March 6 -- The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) expects to finish the construction of two new school buildings in Natividad and Umingan, Pangasinan, with a total funding of PHP83.4 million, this year and in 2026.
In a statement on Thursday, DPWH Ilocos Region information officer Esperanza Tinaza said the four-story with eight classroom-building in Natividad National High School in Natividad has a total allocated budget of PHP27.9 million and is expected to be completed within 245 calendar days. The structure spans 23 by 9.50 meters.
Tinaza said Umingan National High School in Umingan town will also have a four-story building but with 16 classrooms.
