MANILA, Nov. 27 -- Economic activities around New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac are seen to get a boost once the PHP5.1-billion premium golf course and residential villas in a 150-hectare area in the prime locate opens likely in the first quarter of 2026.

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), in a press release Thursday, said the investment of South Korea's leading real estate investment management firms, Korea Real Estate Investment & Trust (KOREIT) Asset Management, and Sky Blue New Clark City Golf & Resort Corp., is expected to create around 1,200 direct and indirect jobs and lift further the country's sports and tourism infrastructure.
