Manila, Nov. 10 -- Over 400,000 individuals benefited from more than PHP3-billion grants released from the nationwide implementation of the DOLE Integrated Livelihood and Emergency Employment Program (DILEEP) in the third quarter of 2025, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reported Monday.
In a statement, the DOLE said that based on the data of the Bureau of Workers with Special Concerns (BWSC) from July to September 2025, a total of 24,484 individuals had been assisted under the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP), while 421,059 workers were assisted through the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged Workers (TUPAD) program.
