CAMP OLIVAS, Dec. 15 -- A total of 1,025 security personnel have been deployed to safeguard the thousands of participants and organizers of the 33rd Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Jamboree, currently underway in Central Luzon from Dec.14 to 21 in Kainomayan Scout Camp in Botolan, Zambales.
In a statement on Monday, the Police Regional Office in Central Luzon (PRO-3) reported that security personnel have been mobilized under a unified security plan to cover all aspects of public safety throughout the weeklong international youth event hosted by the Boy Scout of the Philippines.
