Manila, March 28 -- The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation, and Unity (OPAPRU) on Friday expressed willingness to aid the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC)'s Barangay Development Program (BDP).

OPAPRU Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr., in a statement, said the agency will do this through their "Payapa at Masagang Pamayanan" (PAMANA) program that aims to uplift the lives of Filipinos in conflict-affected areas.

"The OPAPRU is ready to support and complement the NTF-ELCAC's BDP through the socio-economic initiatives under the PAMANA program," he added.
