Manila, Jan. 21 -- The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) said Wednesday the government has turned over about PHP30 million worth of "PAMANA" infrastructure development projects to conflict-affected areas in Barangay Nusa, Balindong, Lanao del Sur.
OPAPRU Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr., in a statement on Wednesday, said these projects aimed to convert these locations into "hubs of economic resilience."
"PAMANA," or the "Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan," is the agency's flagship development program for conflict-affected areas.
