Manila, April 14 -- Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr. hoped that the observance of the Holy Week will be a time for renewal and rest for Filipinos.

"May this Holy Week be a time of rest and renewal for Filipinos, regardless of faith or station in life. Despite our differences, may we find inspiration in the Christian community's call to unity: 'Strive for full restoration, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.' - 2 Corinthians 13:11," the OPAPRU chief said in his Holy Week message on Sunday.
