Manila, May 30 -- Residents across Agusan del Norte province now have enhanced access to online government services, thanks to the recent installation of 37 new free Wi-Fi sites in various cities and municipalities.

On Friday, the Department of Information and Communications Technology in Caraga Region (DICT-13) announced that these new sites have been established in selected public areas, directly providing residents with convenient access to a range of online government services.

"The installation of these sites was successfully completed under the Provision of Internet Connectivity Services to Public Places (PICS-PP) Phase 3, a program that prioritizes community hubs to maximize public benefit," the agency said in a statement.
