Manila, Oct. 27 -- The Police Regional Office-Northern Mindanao (PRO-10) on Monday warned it will not hesitate to remove and penalize erring officers and personnel found guilty of grave misconduct and abuse within their workplace or to the public.

In an interview, Maj. Joann Navarro, PRO-10 spokesperson, said some officials have been questioned by the Regional Investigation and Detective Management Division, which has formed teams to probe "serious allegations" of abuse and irregularities.

The investigations came after one PRO-10 official was implicated in a Facebook post for alleged sexual harassment and other forms of mistreatment in the workplace.
