MANILA, Dec. 8 -- The National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) on Monday said it would reopen two of its heritage sites next week as part of its ongoing efforts to modernize and upgrade museum facilities nationwide.
The Dambanang Apolinario Mabini (Apolinario Mabini Shrine) at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in Sta. Mesa, Manila, will reopen on Dec. 10, followed by the Museo ng Libingan sa Ilalim ng Lupa ng Nagcarlan (Nagcarlan Underground Cemetery Historical Landmark) in Laguna on Dec. 11.
