Manila, April 1 -- Metro Rail Transit Line 3 General Manager Michael Capati inspected all stations of the rail service on Tuesday, his first day as the returning chief of the MRT-3.
In a Facebook post, the MRT-3 said the inspection focused on assessing the condition of all facilities, including escalators, elevators, and comfort rooms.
Capati also visited the footbridge at Taft Avenue Station where a recent clearing operation removed ambulant vendors blocking the way of passengers.
The MRT-3 chief said knowing the situation on the ground is vital to providing appropriate solutions to passenger concerns.
He also called on passengers of the MRT-3 to reach out to their office to inform them of any issues.
