Manila, March 10 -- Newly appointed Interim Chief Minister Abdulraof Macacua of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) is set to form his official cabinet in the coming days.
Asnin Pendatun, BARMM spokesperson, said Monday that Macacua, former governor of Maguindanao del Norte, will appoint ministers to head various offices, bureaus and sub-offices.
President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. appointed Macacua on March 3, replacing Ahod Balawag Ebrahim who served as BARMM's first interim chief minister since 2019.
"He (Macacua) is yet to take his oath before President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.," Pendatun said.
