Manila, June 11 -- Religious and labor leaders called on Negrenses to stay vigilant on the developments after the Senate remanded the articles of impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte to the House of Representatives.

"We have to remain vigilant and have awareness in the pursuit of justice," Rev. Fr. Julius Espinosa, director of Diocese of Bacolod Social Action Center, said in his radio program on Wednesday.

On Tuesday night, Espinosa delivered a message during a vigil and signing of a commitment to call for the trial of the Vice President organized by the multi-sectoral group Tindog Negrosanon at the San Sebastian Cathedral.
