Manila, Feb. 13 -- National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief, Brig. Gen. Anthony Aberin, on Thursday said multiple criminal complaints have been filed against 10 cops for allegedly entering a home in Taguig City without a search warrant on Feb. 9.

In a statement, Aberin said robbery, grave coercion, physical injury, obstruction of justice, and malicious mischief charges as well as violation of Republic Act 7610 (the Special Protection of Children against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) were filed against the 10 cops before the Taguig City Prosecutor's Office.

He said the charges filed against each respondent are based on their illegal actions committed and degree of participation in the illegitimate operation....
