Manila, March 20 -- The National Police Commission (Napolcom) on Thursday said a police officer facing criminal and administrative charges for his social media posts in connection with the International Criminal Court's (ICC) case against former president Rodrigo R. Duterte is an isolated case.
Napolcom Commissioner Ralph Vicente Calinisan said Patrolman Francis Steve Fontillas' action does not represent the 225,000-strong Philippine National Police (PNP).
