Manila, Feb. 23 -- The Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO-5) has filed murder charges against the suspect in the killing of a doctor, who was found dead inside a parked car in Naga City on Feb. 16.

In an interview on Sunday, PRO-5 Brig. Gen. Andre Dizon said suspect Raymart Martinez, 34, of Barangay Concepcion Pequena, is reportedly the boyfriend of victim Dr. Rajean Monnette Romualdez.

"The case was submitted to the city prosecutor's office on Friday, Feb. 21, in the afternoon. Before filing, officers from the Naga City Police Office assisted witnesses in subscribing their affidavits at the prosecutor's office," Dizon said.

The suspect is in the custody of the National Bureau of Investigation while his case undergoes pre-evaluation....
