Manila, Feb. 23 -- Multiple people, including two law enforcement officers and a nurse, were injured in a shooting incident at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York County, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.

ABC News reported that no patients were injured in the incident, citing officials.

The shooter, whose identity has not yet been disclosed, was killed during the incident, as reported by the Associated Press (AP).

The news agency said law enforcement is on the premises of the hospital and "is managing the situation." No further details were available.
