Manila, Oct. 31 -- Police Regional Office 6 (Western Visayas) Director, Brig. Gen. Josefino Ligan, on Friday inspected several ports, terminals, and cemeteries and expressed satisfaction with the security preparations ahead of All Saints' and All Souls' Days.

Among the places he inspected were the Parola wharf, the Ceres terminals in Arevalo and Jaro Districts, and several public and private cemeteries in Iloilo City, as well as the roll-on roll-off port in the municipality of Dumangas.

He lauded the organized and smooth flow of passengers in ports and terminals, as well as the presence of security personnel and force multipliers in their respective posts.
