MANILA, June 13 -- Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III on Friday commended personnel of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion of the National Capital Region Police Office (RMFB-NCRPO) who have exemplified their commitment to public welfare through timely intervention in two separate incidents on Tuesday.
Torre said the police response to the incidents - assisting stranded commuters and extending emergency aid to a distressed motorist - supports the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. and his Bagong Pilipinas campaign anchored on responsive and compassionate public service.
