Manila, March 24 -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. on Monday swore in the newly-appointed members of the Parliament of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA), urging them to continue the region's path toward peace, self-governance, and long-term development.

In his message, Marcos underscored the vital role of the new BTA members in shaping the future of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) and reinforcing their responsibility to uphold peace and development.
