MANILA, April 5 -- President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. signed seven laws authorizing the establishment and conversion of offices of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in seven areas nationwide.

Republic Act (RA) 12135 creates a new LTO office in Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, while RA 12140 authorizes the construction of a similar office in Pandan, Antique.

RAs 12137 and 12138 establish an LTO office in Cordova and Consolacion towns in Cebu province.

RA 1236 converts the LTO extension office in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila into the Las Pinas City LTO Licensing Center.

The district office of the LTO in Rosales, Pangasinan is also converted into a Class "A" District Office, based on RA 12139.
