Manila, March 4 -- The Manila Cathedral will hold three Masses in observance of Ash Wednesday on March 5.
In a social media post Tuesday, the cathedral said the first Mass and imposition of ashes will be led by Manila Cathedral Rector Msgr. Rolando dela Cruz at 7:30 a.m.
The second Mass and imposition of ashes during the 12:10 p.m. Mass will be presided over by Manila Cathedral Vicar Fr. Vicente Gabriel Bautista.
Meanwhile, Manila Archbishop Jose Cardinal Advincula will lead the third Mass and the imposition of ashes at 6 p.m.
The cathedral will offer the sacrament of confession from 10 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
