Manila, April 16 -- The PHP20-million housing village dedicated to indigenous people (IP) in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, is in its final stages of completion, with subsequent phases of related projects already in development.
"These final units represent the last phase of the 80-unit IP housing project, a collaborative effort being implemented through a Tripartite Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)," the City Urban Development and Housing Division (CUDHD) of the Malaybalay City said in a statement on Wednesday.
The MOA, signed in 2024, involved the City Government of Malaybalay, the National Housing Authority (NHA), and the Daraghuyan Bukidnon Tribe Ancestral Domain. The housing village is situated in Barangay Dalwangan.
